All in-person training sessions are held at a fully equipped professional training facility, located in Friendswood, TX. Details are provided upon registration.
Training is billed monthly. Payments renew automatically, and you can cancel before your next billing cycle if needed.

Yes. I offer customized training programs for both youth and adult clients. Each program is designed to meet the needs, goals, and skill levels of the individual.
Both youth and adult sessions typically last 50–60 minutes, allowing time for warm-up, training, and cooldown.
